Preliminary training
For this course it is required that you have mastered the basic principles of scheduling and Project Controls and have practical experience with the relevant scheduling tool (minimum 6 months). The Scheduling Engineer course is the ideal preparatory training for this training. Is project control part of your responsibilities, but you don’t work with a planning application? Then the Project Controls Manager course might be more suitable for your learning goals.
