Field committee

The Primaned Academy is continuously improving its training, responding to the needs of organisations for their employees. Our field committee consists of experts in project management, working for various organisations in the Netherlands. We use their advice, solicited and unsolicited, to keep our training courses practical and relevant.

The Field Committee consists of the following persons:

Tom Roos

Team Manager Projects I Engie Infra & Mobility

Tom Roos is Team Manager Projects Zuid at Engie Infra & Mobility.

As the ultimate responsible for the wonderful projects, he considers it extremely important to be and remain “In Control”. Knowledge and expertise around integral planning and project control help Engie to be predictable and to achieve our objectives, both at strategic, tactical and operational level. Gaining knowledge, sharing and continuing to develop in this field is Tom’s motivation to be part of this field committee.


Sebastiaan Schilperoort

Lead Scheduling & Risk Management

Sebastiaan is Lead Scheduling & Risk Management at GKN ASEA, formerly Fokker Technologies Holding. He finds his challenges in the management of large international projects, in which the right mix of people, tools and processes has to be found.

Kor Keller

IAP Team Lead NAM

Kor Keller is an expert and innovator in the field of Integrated Activitiy Planning and project planning. As manager of a scheduling team, he has successfully built up a team that can advise the organisation effectively. Kor uses communication training and coaching in addition to the courses in Project Controls, so that the planners understand their profession in all respects.

Maarten Lolcama

Manager Project Controls, Risk Manager and PPI Planner

Maarten has more than 18 years of experience with complex (integral) civil engineering projects in which several actors, including the HWBP, are involved. He links functional knowledge to his analytical skills and switches proactively between project team members and the content of the (execution-oriented) projects. He can empathize with situations and steers projects in the right direction.

Nick Mallee

Manager Planning & Coordination, Royal Van Lent Shipyard B.V

Nick is Manager of the Planning Department at FEADSHIP – Royal van Lent Shipyard and has been working in project management for more than 9 years. With the planning department he is responsible for creating insight and predictability in the engineering, construction and commissioning of super yachts through the effective use of different layers of planning. Continuous improvement is an integral part of his daily work in the department and includes intensive knowledge gathering and sharing.


Vincent Laging

Procesmanager, Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten BV

Vincent is a mining engineer and has worked on six continents on major projects in mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure. He is responsible for Project Controls on the infra-projects at Dura Vermeer. His goal is to master time, money and risks in full, so that data driven decisions are made that lead to predictable projects with excellent results.
