Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) is a multi-user and multi-project solution for integral project management. It supplies a complete collaborative environment for projects, project portfolios and lean scheduling. The Primavera Cloud solution helps your organization to gain insight and control of all work, improving decision-making and alignment according to the organizational strategy and maximize the use of resources, which you can use to measure and help to improve the operational effectiveness.
Oracle Primavera Cloud is thus a project planning platform, intended to manage and control projects, which can be used by the entire organization. In this module you will learn how to properly handle the software, but also what a planner needs to be able to make a good schedule.
You will learn how to create a project, including activities, relationships, lean scheduling, resources, and progress, based on a case that is interwoven with the manual that is developed by Primaned.
The training won’t comprise everything that OPC has to offer but does provide you with all essentials required to start effectively managing your project portfolio in OPC. Incompany trainings can be organized that comprise more modules e.g. Risk management, Workflows & Forms, Cost & Funds, Dashboards and Scope Management. The latest version of OPC is always used during the training. The training database is provided by the PrimanedAcademy.
No specific requirements are needed. A general background in project controls and knowledge about scheduling principles is recommended.
After completing this module you will receive a Primaned Academy certificate.
