Integral planning and risk management processes

Integrated project management is becoming increasingly important for project organisations in the Netherlands. At the Primaned Academy, we see that Planning and Risk processes in particular are increasingly carried out by a single person. Our risk specialisation trains a planner to carry out a qualitative risk analysis in order to prioritise and possibly quantify risks on the basis of a probabilistic planning.
This specialisation can be followed as part of our Project Controls course, where, in addition to Planning and Risk, the processes Cost Control and Change & Claim Control are also taken as part of integral project management. Interested? Our training starts with the Foundation of Planning, including the preparation of an Effective WBS and Network Planning on 22 and 23 November, to then learn all about the proper use of the planning tools Primavera (10-13 Dec.) and/or Microsoft Project (28-29 Dec.). The specialisation Risk can be followed immediately on 17-18-19 December. For experienced planners, our specializations can of course also be followed separately.
